Experience
I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bellevue University and am currently a CSAT (Certified Sex Addiction Therapist) candidate through the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP). My clinical focus includes couples therapy and the treatment of sex addiction, where I integrate evidence-based approaches to support healing, reconnection, and long-term growth in both individuals and relationships.
My goal is simple: to help you live a more connected, intentional life, guided by what truly matters to you. Whether you're navigating addiction, healing from trauma, or struggling with anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges, I approach therapy as a collaborative process, grounded in trust and openness, where meaningful change can emerge through honest self-exploration.
My work integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), parts work, and somatic approaches—blending practical tools with deeper emotional insight to support lasting growth. I aim to equip my clients with the tools to better understand themselves, navigate challenges with clarity, and make decisions that reflect their values and priorities.
